For clients who don’t require customized solutions, Aquatech offers a variety of off-the-shelf solutions. These include WATERTRAK™, a collection of pre-engineered treatment components, Recomax™, a high efficiency membrane system for wastewater recycle/reuse, and Crystal™, a forced circulation crystallizer that provides a zero liquid discharge solution.

WATERTRAK™
WATERTRAK is a collection of pre-engineered products derived from over 20 years experience in the water treatment industry. Based upon all of the necessary components such as filtration, demineralization, reverse osmosis, and electrodeionization systems, WATERTRAK delivers the most cost-effective and timely solution for your pure water treatment needs today. WATERTRAK includes the following components and capabilities:

Recomax™
Recomax is a standard, packaged system designed as a solution for wastewater recycle/reuse. Recomax can easily handle a variety of difficult waters that cannot effectively or economically be treated any other way. This robust, containerized design provides a quick and easy way to install and start up the equipment, and minimizes operational overhead.

The patented HERO™ technology incorporated into Recomax combines the best of ion exchange and membrane processes to achieve what neither can alone. These factors make it ideal for the treatment of various waste streams, dramatically reducing waste volumes and reclaiming significant quantities of clean water for reuse. This sort of wastewater reclamation allows Recomax to be readily evaluated on an economic basis, as well as on its process advantages.

To assist in a range of environments, we have Recomax systems designed for a range of flows. From flows as small as 40 gpm up to 168 gpm, and TDS levels as high as 2000 ppm, there is a Recomax product to fit your needs.

Designed to treat either feed waters or reclaim wastewaters, Recomax can recover 90-97% of a feed stream as usable, clean water. Recomax systems are highly resistant to fouling, and are designed for a robust, reliable, low maintenance operation. Assembled in a standard shipping container, they can be quickly and easily installed at a site without the need for a separate building.

Crystal™

Based on over 40 years experience, Crystal™ is a standard industrial crystallizer, designed to achieve Zero Liquid (ZLD) performance, eliminating wastewater by evaporating liquid and producing a salt cake. By doing away with the regulatory concerns of NPDES and POTW discharges, facilities can reduce associated financial risk and environmental impact.

To assist in a range of environments, we have Crystal systems designed for a range of flows, as well as optional accessories to fit your unique requirements. From flows up to 10 gpm, and TDS levels up to 50,000 ppm or higher, there is a Crystal product to fit your needs. Accessories can recover water, reduce energy consumption, and achieve zero liquid discharge.
