Because we are committed to maintaining technical leadership in raw water treatment, ion exchange, membrane systems, wastewater recycle/reuse, evaporative processes, zero liquid discharge and desalination, we actively pursue innovation. Our R&D efforts are well funded, and individual innovative thinking is both encouraged and rewarded. In fact ours is a history of innovation; Aqua-chem ICD, a division of Aquatech, pioneered Multi Stage Flash (MSF) and Multiple Effect Distillation (MED) thermal desalination in the 1960s.

WATERTRAK™

WATERTRAK™ is a collection of pre-engineered water treatment products that offer smaller customers the benefit of stand-alone units or easily integrated systems. With capabilities that include filtration, demineralization, reverse osmosis, and electrodeionization, WATERTRAK delivers the most cost-effective and timely treatment solutions for your pure water needs.

HERO™

Our High Efficiency Reverse Osmosis (HERO) system is aptly named. HERO has played the hero with such difficult-to-treat waters as Title 22, cooling tower blowdown, high silica well and surface waters, process wastewaters high in organics, mining wastewaters, produced water and other such waste streams. In Zero Liquid Discharge applications, HERO has successfully eliminated expensive Brine Concentrators. When used to retrofit troubled conventional RO systems, HERO is increasing recovery rates to greater than 90% with reduced cleaning frequency. In fact it has eliminated the use of ultrafiltration/microfiltration in numerous applications. Not only that: because of its high rejection of organics and high tolerance to silica, HERO reduces TOCs in boiler feeds. The bottom line? Significant economic advantages for every customer.
